Use this page to understand how order tracking works for Zorveko orders. Tracking details are sent after your order has shipped. If you recently placed an order and have not received tracking yet, your order may still be processing.
How to Track Your Order
- Find the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
- Open the tracking link or copy the tracking number provided in the email.
- Allow 24 to 72 hours after shipment for the carrier system to show the first update.
- If your order was shipped in multiple packages, each package may have a separate tracking number.

Tracking Shows No Information
It is normal for tracking to show no information immediately after a shipping label is created. Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches a sorting facility. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the first meaningful scan during busy periods.
Order Still Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. If your order includes multiple items, high-demand items, or address verification, processing may take longer. We will email you when your order ships.
Common Tracking Statuses
- Label created: The shipment has been prepared, but the carrier may not have scanned the package yet.
- In transit: The package is moving through the carrier network.
- Arrived at facility: The package reached a sorting or local delivery facility.
- Out for delivery: The carrier expects to attempt delivery soon.
- Delivered: The carrier marked the package delivered to the address or delivery location.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, porch, building office, neighbors, and local carrier office. Some carriers mark a package delivered shortly before final handoff, so it may arrive later the same day.
If you still cannot locate it, contact us and include your order number and tracking number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
Address Issues
If you entered an incomplete or incorrect address, contact us immediately. We can only update an address before the order enters fulfillment or shipment. Once a package is in transit, address changes depend on carrier rules and may not be available.
