Manage Subscription

This page explains how customers can manage email subscriptions, text-message marketing preferences, customer account access, and any product subscription features that may be offered by Zorveko. Unless a product page or checkout option clearly states otherwise, purchases made on zorveko.com are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew.
Email Newsletter Preferences
If you signed up for Zorveko emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of our marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not stop service emails related to an order you placed, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notices, refund updates, or customer service replies.
If you have trouble using the unsubscribe link, contact us at support@zorveko.com with the email address you want removed from marketing communications. We will process your request as soon as reasonably possible.
SMS and Text Message Preferences
If Zorveko offers SMS or text-message updates, participation is optional. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to the message, where supported, or by contacting our support team. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and phone plan.
Customer Accounts
If you created a customer account, you may use your account to review order history and account details where account features are available. If you cannot access your account, contact us with the email address used at checkout. For privacy and security reasons, we may ask for order information before assisting with account-related requests.
Product Subscriptions
Some stores offer replenishment or subscription purchases for selected products. Zorveko will only treat an order as a subscription if the product page, cart, or checkout clearly displays recurring billing terms before purchase. If a subscription option is available, the billing interval, price, renewal details, and cancellation instructions will be shown before you complete checkout.
To request help with a subscription order, email support@zorveko.com and include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and whether you want to pause, cancel, update shipping details, or ask a billing question.
Order Changes Are Separate From Subscription Preferences
Changing marketing preferences does not cancel an order that has already been placed. If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered processing or shipment may not be eligible for cancellation.
