Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Zorveko processes, ships, tracks, and supports orders placed on zorveko.com. Delivery estimates are provided to help customers plan, but actual timing may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.
1. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During major promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Orders may be held for additional verification if payment, address, stock, or fraud-prevention checks require review.
2. Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your address is not supported, the order may not be accepted or may be canceled and refunded. Some products may have shipping restrictions because of carrier rules, local regulations, ingredient restrictions, or inventory location.

These estimates do not include order processing time. Delivery may be faster or slower depending on destination, carrier, customs review, and local delivery conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free-shipping offers may apply only to selected destinations, selected products, or orders meeting a stated minimum order value.
5. Tracking Information
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when tracking is available. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If tracking shows no information immediately after shipment, please allow additional time for the carrier system to refresh.
6. Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may ship separately. This can happen when products are stocked in different fulfillment locations or when one item is ready before another. Separate shipments may receive separate tracking numbers.
7. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Zorveko is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not entered fulfillment or shipment.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside our control.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if the package appears lost, contact us at support@zorveko.com. We will help review tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier or fulfillment partner. Zorveko is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will review each case in good faith.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer package, shipping label, damaged product, and all contents. This helps us investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
