This page explains how to report possible infringement involving content, product listings, images, trademarks, copyrighted works, design materials, or other intellectual property appearing on zorveko.com.

1. Intellectual Property on This Site

2. Reporting an Intellectual Property Concern

If you believe content or products on our Site violate your intellectual property rights, email support@zorveko.com with the subject line: Intellectual Property Notice. To help us review the matter efficiently, include the following information:

  • Your full name, company name if applicable, email address, and physical mailing address.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, patent, image, or other right you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or product listing on zorveko.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • Proof of ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the rights owner.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Review Process

After receiving a complete notice, we will review the information provided. We may remove, disable, edit, or restrict access to disputed material while we investigate. We may also contact suppliers, service providers, listing contributors, or the party that provided the material for clarification.

4. Incomplete or Misaddressed Notices

Notices that do not identify the specific right, owner, or allegedly infringing material may be delayed or rejected. The intellectual property contact channel is for legal and rights-related concerns only. General customer service questions should be sent to our standard support email.

5. Counter-Information

If material you provided to Zorveko is removed after an infringement complaint and you believe the removal was mistaken, contact us with supporting documentation and an explanation. We may review the information and determine whether reinstatement is appropriate.

6. Repeat or Bad-Faith Claims

We reserve the right to reject abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or bad-faith notices. Submitting false claims may expose the sender to legal responsibility.
